We will give you 50% of what we will price your gear when you sell it to us.
We will give you 60% of what we will price your gear when you trade it to us.
We will give you 75% of what your item sells for 30 days after it sells. Item must have value of $500 or more to consign.
If you're not in love with the gear you purchased from us, you can return it within a week of purchase. As long as you didn't run it over with your car or drop your amp down a flight of stairs. Past a week of purchase we cannot return you item, but we can always buy it back for cash or trade! We want you to love everything you get from us, so hit us up if you have any questions or concerns!
Hank's Music Exchange is a small, eclectic music shop located inside of Eastside Guitar Repair in Portland, Oregon. We specialize in guitars, amplifiers, tons of effects, keyboards/synths, and recording gear. We're always buying, selling, or trading tons of fun and affordable gear. We also offer consignment along with estate purchasing. Hank Failing got his start working at Old Town Music in 1997 at the age of 20 and worked there for over 22 year serving local and touring musicians.
As of right now, masks are optional in the shop, but encouraged by our staff. We have air filters operating at all hours in the shop. We ask anyone who has been recently exposed to COVID-19 or has any symptoms relating to COVID-19 to refrain from entering the shop.
